What is detoxification?


Detoxification is a way of cleansing the body as a whole and its essential organs ( skin, lymphatic system, digestive system liver and Kidneys); getting rid of all toxins the body including these essential organs has accumulated over a period of time. The biggest thing that detoxing does to the body is allowing it to rid itself of any excess waste it’s been storing. Most detox programs are designed to stimulate the body to purge itself, helping the liver do its thing as well as the kidneys and colon. The liver is the primary detoxification organ in the body. It protects the rest of the body from harmful substances by reducing their toxicity and making them ready for excretion.
